1 - CONSULTATION
Prior to your wedding day, we will provide you with a questionnaire. Our preference is to engage in a personal video conference to ensure a clear understanding of your expectations and address any concerns you may have. Whether you have a distinct vision for your wedding atmosphere or not, as a non-photographer or cinematographer, you may feel uncertain about the optimal way to capture your special day. This is where our expertise shines. Leveraging insights gained during the consultation, we collaborate with you to craft a personalized "lookbook" for your wedding and carefully select a fitting team to bring your vision to life. To respect your time, instead of inundating you with numerous package options, we present a concise and comprehensible tailored proposal that accurately reflects your needs.
2 - PREP-PRODUCTION
Striving for seamless coverage of your wedding? Absolutely! Inquiring with your wedding planner about key priorities? Certainly! Arriving at your venue a day or two in advance to scout optimal shooting locations? Without a doubt. Coordinating closely with your audio and lighting team? It's the only way we operate! When it comes to creating a wedding film and album that elevates your overall experience, focusing on the finer details isn't just a choice—it's a necessity. The outcome? A flawlessly executed wedding day production that weaves together a seamless narrative.
3 - FILMING
Your wedding day experience is our absolute priority. With this in mind, we act as observers while filming. A minimum crew of three will be present at your wedding to ensure you receive world-class coverage from every angle. We move seamlessly throughout your venue, and make getting outside of your comfort zone feel like fun. What we'll never do however is hover a drone above your heads during the vow exchange.
4 - POST-PRODUCTION
We are open to your feedback and welcome you to share your expectations with us before the post-production process begins. Want something BOLD, but intimate? Unconventional but a classic fairytale? We got you! Once editing is complete, we’ll deliver a personal website that includes all of your films. Physical USBs are also available upon request. In addition to delivering a wedding film of 5-6 minutes, all of our packages include a separate video with full-length speeches and social media teaser!
SOCIAL MEDIA
Prefer to keep your wedding under wraps? We respect your privacy and are always mindful of the fact that we're working on your behalf—not ours. We have signed NDA agreements due to the attendance of celebrities or television shows in the past. Your wedding is not a vehicle for us to show off on social media if you aren’t comfortable.
